Jaworski follows his ADCC title with Pan No-Gi gold; Sarah Galvão takes double gold
The Pole won the medium heavyweight division in New Jersey three weeks after his ADCC title. Among the women, Sarah Galvão took her weight class and the open class, and Helena Crevar won the super heavyweight division.
The IBJJF No-Gi Pan Championship ended on Sunday, October 4, at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus, New Jersey, United States. Poland's Pawel Jaworski (Academia Gorila), who was crowned ADCC 2026 champion in September, took gold in the black belt medium heavyweight division.
In the division final, Jaworski beat David Garmo (Detroit Jiu-Jitsu Syndicate). Brazilians Alehander Mariano (Atos) and Natan Chueng Freitas (Unity) took bronze.
According to the results compiled by the Porrada Nutra website, Jaworski also won the men's open class, beating heavyweight champion Wallisson Oliveira Souza in the final. As of Monday morning, the official IBJJF page was still showing partial results for the men's divisions.
Sarah Galvão and Helena Crevar in the women's divisions
Sarah Galvão (Atos) was the standout among the women. She won the middleweight division, beating Nadia Frankland (Corvus) in the final, and also won the open class.
American Helena Crevar (Kingsway), 18, the youngest champion in ADCC history, won the super heavyweight division. Martyna Kapuscinska, from the same Academia Gorila team as Jaworski, won the medium heavyweight division.
Brazil won two more golds in the women's divisions: Mariana Rolszt (Gracie Humaitá) at roosterweight and Sabrina Gondim (Fight Sports) at featherweight. Karen Terra (Titanium) and Fernanda Yukari (Celso Ricardo New Level) took silver at light featherweight and medium heavyweight, respectively.

Veteran André Galvão, who returned to competition at this Pan, took silver at super heavyweight after closing out the final with Tenca.
