Helena Crevar, the youngest champion in ADCC history, says 99% of her training is with men
At 19, the American talked about how she won the title at ADCC 2026 and said training with men has never been a problem for her.
Helena Crevar, 19, talked about the title that made her the youngest champion in ADCC history. In an interview with the FloGrappling Show, she revealed that almost all of her training is with men: "Today, 99% of my training is with men. For me, that has never been a problem," she said.
At ADCC 2026, Crevar won all three of her matches by submission on her way to gold. Two years earlier, at ADCC 2024, she had already taken silver, at age 17.
